The rooms at Caiplie House are spread out over two floors with the rooms on the top floor benefiting from sea views. All rooms have en-suite facilities
The accommodation is flexible and adaptable. From smaller standard en-suite rooms better for shorter stays or those on a budget through to the larger, more luxurious Superior Suite, which can be booked as a double, twin, triple or family accommodation.
The rooms on the top floor have lovely sea views across The Isle of May in the Forth to the East Lothian coast. The Sea View Room can be booked as a single or a double while the Sea View suite can be booked as a double, twin, triple or family accommodation

The superior suite has a king-size master bedroom and a separate, smaller bedroom with two single beds. Both rooms have a T.V. The styling is influenced by the stunning Victorian features. A sofa, games table, TV/DVD player and library of books and magazines will add to your enjoyment. This is the only room with a bath,there is a shower over the bath.

On the first floor we offer you two standard en-suite rooms. A twin room and a double room. These rooms have en-suite shower rooms, tea and coffee facilities and TV. They are smaller than the other rooms with limited floor space. This is reflected in the price.

On the top floor are the sea view room and the sea view suite. The Sea View Room is a well proportioned double room with en-suite shower room. There are soft seats and a coffee table, TV/DVD and ipod dock for your entertainment. This room is available as a single. The Sea View Suite suite is the most flexible of our rooms. This can be a superior twin/double, spacious triple or family accommodation for up to five ( with a sofa bed). There is a sofa and TV/DVD player in the rear room.
